Is there a minimum order fee?
Our minimum order fee is R200 - the equivalent of a 5kg load of Wash & Fold.
Are there any hidden fees?
Nope! We want to be as transparent as possible, so when we say free pickup and delivery, we mean it.
What are your hours?
Our pickup and delivery hours:
• Monday to Friday: 7am – 4pm
How do I pay?
An invoice will be sent to you via WhatsApp or Email. You can do an EFT once received.
Do you wash my order with other orders?
Absolutely not. All orders are washed and dried separately.
What kind of special garment care do you provide?
We will drip-dry clothes that are separated and labelled as such. We will treat stains if they are clearly marked with a label. If you have any other requests, please call or drop us a note in the “Add Special Notes” section. Additional charges may apply.
Do you do alterations or garment repair?
Yes, we can do simple repairs on most garments.

Where and when will my clothes be returned to me?
Most orders can be returned within 24 hours. Orders processed on Saturdays will only be returned on Monday. Please note that Dry Cleaning orders take longer than 24 hours due to the cleaning process required.
Who will wash my clothes?
Laundry.Joburg is a family-operated business. We have a small team of loyal and experienced ladies, who are highly skilled in cleaning, folding and ironing precious clothing and taking care of it at the same time. All of our detergents are eco-friendly and quality is always guaranteed.
Do I need to be home for the pick up?
No, you don’t need to. You can leave your clothing at home, at reception or with the security guard in your building or street and let the relevant party know that Laundry.Joburg is coming.
If you will not be present at pickup, please make sure to let us know when placing the order using the ‘Add Special Notes’ box.
What happens if my order is running behind schedule?
We try our absolute best to stick to the selected delivery time you have selected but sometimes there are unexpected delays including Load Shedding. In cases like this we’ll let you know that we’re running a little behind schedule. If need be, we will reschedule your order to another time that suits you free of charge.
What if I miss my pickup or delivery?
This is fully understandable and happens to the best of us. Please let us know in advance that you are running late, and we will adjust your pickup or delivery time to suit. If you don’t, and the driver arrives within the hour time slot (and we are not able to contact you) you will be charged a R50 fee.
What about those stains that will just not go away?
We make it our absolute priority to remove all stains on your clothing, but unfortunately some stains have become part of the fabric and are permanent. We will try more than once to remove them, but constant attempts at working on the same spot can often lead to the garment fading or being damaged.
Could you pick up and deliver to my place of work?
Absolutely. Many of our customers have their laundry pickup and delivered to their workplace. Just specify in your laundry preferences the pickup and delivery details.
